Using Tools

In this category, you find brief instructions for using the various tools offered on this website. See the articles below.

Be aware that while using these tools is not complicated, it can take some time to learn how to use them in the most efficient manner. It can also take some time to build a momentum on using a tool. Thus, if you truly want the best results, you need to make a commitment to trying out a tool for some time, instead of taking the consumer approach of expecting instant results.

Also be aware that what is given here is only suggestions. There is not one right way to use a tool with all others being wrong. The main goal of using a tool is to open a flow of energy from your I AM Presence through your lower being. To do this, you need to engage your spiritual heart center (your heart chakra), so you have a sense of connection to your higher self. For some this comes naturally, while for others it takes practice. Simply start using the tools with whatever connection you have, but make an effort to focus on your heart and you will gradually expand your connection.
